GAIN is a cash-pay clinic offering both in-person and telehealth visits — designed to remove the confusion, delays, and limitations of insurance-based care. Our pricing is straightforward, with no surprise bills or hidden fees — so you can focus on healing, not paperwork.

Thank You for Your Interest in Receiving Care at Global Allergy Immune Network (GAIN).

As a fee-for-service clinic, we do not bill insurance directly. Patients are responsible for the cost of their treatment, and payment is due no later than 24 hours prior to an appointment. Payment is non-refundable, however it may be applied to the patient’s account for future services.

All patients will receive an itemized bill that can be submitted to their insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. Please be advised that GAIN cannot guarantee insurance reimbursement. We encourage you to contact your insurance company directly to verify their reimbursement policy.

Food Allergy

Food Allergy Institute Grants: This organization offers the Active Military Grant and the Diversity Grant to provide financial assistance for children's food allergy treatment

Immune Deficiency

TAF (The Assistance Fund): offers a grant-based program specifically for Primary Immunodeficiency (PI) diseases, covering costs like co-pays, insurance premiums, and incidental medical expenses.

Hereditary Angioedema

HAEA Compassion Fund: offers assistance with travel expenses for those needing to see HAE specialists.

Our Services

We understand the challenges and potential financial burden faced by patients with complex medical conditions and are here to help. In addition to cash, credit, and debit, we accept FSA and HSA payments. Please contact us for additional information regarding patient care foundations, such as those listed below, available to those who qualify.

Domestic In-person Office Visit/ Telehealth*

$200- 15 minute appointment
$400- 30 minute appointment
$800- 60 minute appointment

*Appointment allotments are determined by complexity of patient needs

OFC (Oral Food Challenge)

  • $400 flat fee per food challenged

International Telehealth Visits

  • $800 USD  flat fee for teleconference

(Waived for patients who commit to receiving treatment in the US.)

Community Membership (*In Progress)

  • $100 per month. Includes 10% discount on all Office/Teleheath Visits, once a month Q/A session with Dr. Jones, on-line community support, monthly Newsletter access, and more.

Need Consultation or Administrative Services

  • $800 flat fee for email consultation, review of relevant clinical information, and all other necessary correspondence

  • $400 per hour per form/document (time includes rough draft and finalization)

  • $150 flat fee per letter (for patients requiring exemptions for airline travel

Need to Submit to Insurance?

We do accept payments from FSA/HSA's.

We don’t bill insurance directly, but we’re happy to provide an itemized receipt (also called a “superbill”) after your visit. You may submit this to your insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement, depending on your plan.

Reimbursement is not guaranteed and varies by carrier and policy. Payment is due at the time of booking.

Do you accept insurance?

No, GAIN operates as a direct-pay clinic. We do not accept or bill insurance. This allows us to focus entirely on your care. We do, however, accept FSA/HSA's.

Out-of-network reimbursement?

We can provide a superbill after your visit. You may submit this to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. However, please note that reimbursement is not guaranteed.

Accepted payment methods?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as payments from FSA/HSA's. Payment is processed at the time of booking. This ensures a smooth scheduling experience.

Is payment required upfront?

Yes, payment is due at the time of scheduling. This secures your appointment slot. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Refunds for cancellations?

Cancellations made with 48 hours or more notice may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Unfortunately, late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable. We encourage you to notify us as early as possible.
